A-du charges a simple service fee on each rent payment. By default your tenant pays it and you keep 100% of your listed rent — or you can choose to cover part of it to show tenants a lower price.

This reflects the default: the tenant pays the service fee on top of your listed rent, and you receive 100% of it. Prefer to cover some of the fee yourself? See the options below.
By default the tenant covers A-du's service fee. As the landlord you can choose to take on part or all of it — that lowers the price tenants see (a more competitive listing) and comes out of your payout. A-du's fee stays the same either way; you're only choosing who absorbs it. Set it per listing on the Pricing step, and change it anytime.
The tenant pays the full service fee on top of rent. You receive 100% of your listed rent.
You and the tenant share the fee. You pick the percentage you cover (5–95%); the rest is added to the tenant's rent.
You absorb the entire service fee. Tenants pay exactly your listed rent — your most competitive price.
Example — $2,000/mo listing paid by bank transfer (3% = $60 service fee)
| Your choice | Tenant pays | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| Tenant paysDefault | $2,060 | $2,000 |
| Split 50 / 50 | $2,030 | $1,970 |
| You cover it | $2,000 | $1,940 |
A-du always collects the same $60 fee. Covering more of it lowers the price tenants see and reduces your payout by that amount.
No setup fees, no monthly fees, no cancellation fees. You only pay when rent is collected.
By default the rent you list is the rent you receive. Or cover part of the service fee to show tenants a lower price — your choice, per listing.
Payments are processed through Stripe and transferred directly to your connected bank account.
